About Us
Frias & Daisy was established to respond to the growing demand for reasonably priced legal
services resulting from expanded federal regulations and increased federal government spending.
Traditionally, the market to provide practical advice for sophisticated legal consumers has
been dominated by expensive large law firms that lack the versatility necessary to respond to
increasing price sensitivities of their clients. Frias & Daisy attorneys have the experience
and sophistication to provide the quality these clients demand at better prices, primarily in
the following areas:
business/corporate law (for business entities of all sizes),
construction law,
government contracts and
government investigations.

investigations involving transactions valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars. Mr. Frias
